In the dashboard, how to add extra fields. instead of service time and response time i want to add "Type of Support" requested based on the ticket subject selected while opening the ticket.

No idea. And honestly since the dsahboard is on the revamp list I imagine that any changes that you do make may not work next version (aka after 1.9.4... so maybe 1.9.5 or something)
