I have my osticket set up so that people can reply to their emails to reply to the ticket, but people cannot send a new email to start a ticket because I want all tickets to go through the site first so people select the right options and provide all the right required information.However I had an idea that I could use osticket to work as a Q&A auto-responder by adding a filter for certain things and then sending a canned response back to the user...My issue is I have a filter with order 99 which ultimately should reject tickets which go to the department that email-created tickets are assigned to (because I do not want the ticket, I just want the user to get the email canned response). Then I make a filter with order 1 and set it to give the user a canned response if the ticket has a certain word in the ticket details.It is not working. I can see in the log that the ticket gets rejected but the canned email is never sent to the user.What is going wrong? I specifically separated everything into different filters so it should do one thing and then and only then reject the ticket once it has made the canned response, thus emailing the user with the details they requested by emailing with the subject or body with something with the word permissions in it for example.Also, if this is not working and cannot work, is there another method I can achieve the goal I am looking for?
