Invalid file type (ext) for image001.png

My setup:osTicket 1.9.3CentOS 6.5Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS)MySQL 5.1.73PHP extensions: gdlib, imap, xml, xml-dom, json, gettext, mbstring, pharUser's mail client: Outlook 15.0Whenever osTicket gets an email (at least from the above client) with an inline .png image (a screenshot in this case), it does not display the inline image. Instead, it complains as follows:09/12/2014 8 am File Import Error SYSTEMInvalid file type (ext) for image001.pngIs this normal, or should it be able to handle inline .png images?Thanks.Jack

Have you specified .png as an allowable file attachment type?(I think its at Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Attachments)

Nope. And the .png was not one of the default allowed types (I can't imagine why not). But good catch, and I've added it. I haven't tested it, but let's go ahead and close this one.Thanks.Jack

Since I precisely duplicate it without an Outlook client, it may be awhile. I don't have Outlook set up.But not having the .png included would certainly stop it, regardless of the mail client. I'm confident enough to go ahead and close this.Jack
