Hello, i'm new here. I'm look for a way to share a view of various tickets with one customer. It could be like a staff view but without see the Internal Notes. Thanks
There is no way to achieve that via the ui.However if the tickets are associated with the clients organization s/he would be able to log in and see all their organizations tickets.
This has not worked for me. I've added a test user and assigned them to an organization that has many tickets. The test user cannot see any of these tickets when they log in.Any thoughts on how to fix this?This was true on 1.9.3 and 1.9.4rcThank you!
To clarify, one user within an organization has many tickets. Only that user is able to see the tickets.
