It seems this important feature is missing, no ive seen mods for informing staff when a client closes a ticket, but i need it the other way around, along with the email template part in the email templates section.
We stop users from closing tickets and reopening. So the staff know when there closing, so we need to let the client know we have closed the ticket.
Similar to this but the other way around:
