Just curious if anyone is able to get this working on the newest version of osTicket? version 1.10.4?I'm running it on an Ubuntu/Apache server and have successfully got the client portal to work, but the staff portal does not auto-login with kerberos and I can't figure out why.

@[deleted]I think this may help you: http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//restrict-logins-to-ad-users-only"@Chefkeks : We especially added the auth-passthru so that the users/staff get automatically signed in via SSO using IE, Chrome or Firefox (for firefox we added a special group policy to enable SSO for specific webservers - it's not enabled by default, but using http://kb.mozillazine.org/Locking_preferences with the right preferences it can be enabled domain-wide ;) )." I got this working on 1.9.15 now but i´m using fully Windows environment so i can´t help you.

@[deleted] thanks for the link. It doesn't really help.I think it may just be the plugins code not being completely compatible with version 1.10.4 of osTicket.I see people getting this to work with 1.9.X but haven't seen anyone say anything about this working successfully with 1.10.4; haven't heard anything from the devs either about it.In github, I see the last time the http-auth plugin was updated, was 3 years ago, so.It's unfortunate because the client-side portal works fine, but my agent portal (scp) will not log us in automatically, which is the more important portal of the two.I think its the code. If someone is interested in errors/debugging check out my discussion here: http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/comment/125490#Comment_125490I have a bunch of logs showing the errors/issues I am currently encountering.

Has anyone verified that HTTP-Passthru is working with the latest version of osTicket? v1.11.0-rc1 (e321982)

Pietro_Aretino I just finished getting the HTTP PassThru up and working with 1.11 with IIS, and AD Authentication. Did you ever get the passthru working for the SCP page?

Sorry man I can get this to you soon.

Right now however, since I've updated to version 1.12 my Single sign on no longer works.

Last version I had it working correctly on was 1.11 of osticket.

Wish the devs would keep their plugins up to date alongside the system.

So is there anyway to have 1.12 working with MS Azure??

Hi Can any help me how to provide API for SSO from another application

osTicket has two APIs available. Open Ticket and open Task. Neither of them have anything to do with SSO.
