Hello Everyone,I installed v1.9.3 to Qnap TS 559 PRO II (firmware is allready up to date), installation was smooth and there was no any error or problem at all, after the installation wizard provided the Ticket main page which is "http://192.168.1.201/isyonetimi/" on my system, when i try to reach that address browser returns "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE", i've tried with Chrome,Firefox,Safari and IE and result is the same. I searched on forum and google everybody talking about the same problem but their problem showed up during the mail settings, my problem is showed up directly after installation. I allready have an old version of the OsTicket on the Qnap and working perfectly (i tried to find which version but i didn't see any version information on it sorry).I want to use the latest version, how i can fix this issue ?Thanks in advance and sorry for bad english.
