I am evaluating osticket and one of the features I would like to be able to implement is a follows:I would like to be able to place a block of code in our existing php customer management system that would show any open tickets/quick history for a customer record. I would like for it to have links to osticket to allow our staff to quickly view the ticket/history in osticket. Is this possible.

It's possible if you write your own code. But there is no real way to do that using the current ui.A mod similar to this ought to point you in the right direction.(huh I thought that I updated that for 1.9)http://www.tmib.net/add-client-side-open-ticket-list-osticket-18
