We are a small company that takes care of the IT at other (small) companies. We want to use osTicket to keep track of the problems / things to do at our costumers. osTicket works great for this, but we have one problem. We want to use osTicket internal, so i want to prevent that osTicket mails the tickets to the costumer. But i do want that our employees get the mails that there is a ticket on there name, of that there is a new ticket.I'm allready a few days struggling with this problem, but i can't figure it out...So i hope that somebody here can help me further, or give me a little kick in the right direction.(hopefully i have explained is good enough, because english is not my native language)
