Our staff, from time to time, compose responses to clients that simply "vanish." In one case OsTicket brought up the login screen and made our staff member sign in again, but the message he had composed was lost. In another instance a different staff member wrote to a different client and when she pressed "send" the "Post Reply" window went blank but there was no message sent and no error reported. I had the staff member log out and log back in. Unfortunately, they had to re-compose the message. Anyone have a clue what is going on?:
