Dashboard - osTicket (v1.9.3)

I installed osTicket and work very fine but when I try to see the statics and dashboards is empty and menu of statics is not show.

Any idea to resolve this?

You need to select a "report timeframe" and a "period" and click on "Refresh" to see the data ;)Hope that helped and please provide more info next time:http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//please-read-before-requesting-assistance#latest

Thanks for your help,But I watched a demo and show information.I put a screen of other demo that is working .. and if you see the icon of calendar is show...My info is:Version: v1.9.3 (bba9ccc)Server: ApachePHP 5.4.19Mysql 5.5.37PHP settings cgi.fix_pathinfo = 0

Hi jcromero,We've found that dashboard isn't always correctly refreshed on pjax request. The bullet-proof fix is to disable pjax for dashboard, although it may not be the best solution.I've attached modified files which do just that - full page refresh for dashboard page, no pjax:\include\staff\templates\navigation.tmpl.php\include\staff\templates\sub-navigation.tmpl.phpNote, you need to remove ".txt" extension (I can't attach php files)Regards,SebastianosT+: easily handle enquiries from multiple business areas with responsive design (osT+ - free osTicket mod)
