Text Translate to English-Japanese Admin and Staff Panel

Hi, im new herei just want to ask how to put a language translation for the Admin and Staff page.i mean to make those pages can swap into english-japanese then japanese-english./is there anyway way to make that?i tried javascript translator but the page got broken.thanks
