Hello everyone,I'm using Version 1.9.1 (0e29c8d). Tickets are submitted in batches, a screen shot is included as an attachment. I saw a similar post about this instructing the user to go to Admin Panel -> Emails -> Emails -> Your email address -> Fetch frequency Every email has a fetch freq <5 min so I do not believe this is the problem considering the gaps between tickets are ~3 hours. If anybody could help me take the next step in trouble shooting this issue I would be eternally grateful. Kind Regards,Nick
