Hello,
I keep getting "Unable to create the ticket. Correct the error(s) and try again" when i try to create a new ticket with an admin account, even with all the mandatory fields fullfilled.
Can anybody help me please ?

Have you added any custom fields to your implementation? If so you also need to add them to the staff side.
Are you using CAPTCHA? If so that might be causing the problem. There are quite a few posts of people using them that had issues as well as some solutions.
Hmmm I didn't add any customs field on this one and i'm not using CAPTCHA
If your sure that its a stock install then you should probably re-upload the files to the server.
