Mails or not Coming after ticket creation

Hi Team,

i have configured OS Ticket and also i am using WAMP server as well.

i would be able to see, if new ticket is created on the Admin panel and OS ticket is working fine.

my issue is, i am not able to receive emails when ever a ticket is created. i have configured in the email settings under admin panel.

kindly help me how to configure email settings. is there any documents or video documents. ? please help me with this issue. i am 90 % completed of my project.

Please tell us what you have for settings in Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices.

Also what are your settings in your php.ini under

It should probably look something like this:

; For Win32 only.

; http://php.net/smtp

SMTP = mailServerName

; http://php.net/smtp-port

smtp_port = 25

; For Win32 only.

; http://php.net/sendmail-from

sendmail_from = account@domain.ext

i forgot to inform one thing..

as i said before i am not able to receive email when a new ticket is created through the outlook.

and also the new issue is ..i am not able to see in the ticket in osticket web console, when a new ticket is created via the outlook.

According to the alerts and notices image you posted, you have new ticket alerts disabled.
