I've seen and gone through the HTML Mod threads and tried installing. Got some features working but have made a bit of a mess of the folder structure :). But i not bothered about that too much.
Question is - Are there any plans to implement HTML when replying to customers? We use tables alot when supporting our ADSL customers. With the mods i found on the forium the tables save but don't show in the staff panel when looking that the ticket replys.
Not too bothered about HTML on the auto reply E-mails but the sample that was shown was nice.
Would be nice to see at least an option to enable/disbale HTML support for outgoing E-mails.
