Can't Access Admin Page

I just started this job and everyone who knew about our osTicket system has left the company.

I do have the administrator password. I log on as administrator and that works, i can see the administrator profile and so on, but when I click on the "Staff Panel" link, I am shown the "open tickets" page.

Our copy of osTicket is running on windows server under a WAMP install.

No errors are given, but I can't reach

to add a new user, i'm just redirected to the open tickets page.

Maybe permissions have been removed for those pages? I can reach teh mysql database.

If you see a "Staff Panel" then you should already be in the "Admin Panel" where you would setup new accounts under the "Staff" tab. Do you have a gui tool that will allow you to access the MySQL tables? You could make sure your account was an admin account, and/or add a new user that way .
