Is it possible to use variables in premade responses (knowledgebase) like it is in email-templates?
I'd like to be able to include a placeholder for the ticketnumber or the url to the user frontend in premade replys.

Has anyone been able to figure this out yet? I tried tweaking (this code) that Masingo posted (which only handles %ticket), but my tweak isn't working.
I'd like to use different variables in my premade responses, if possible.
Yes, it is. Support for this was added in 1.6 stable.
