There is a similar mod available but it could do with a little more tweaking to find it with most people in my profession require.

As we are an IT MSP we sometimes charge by the min/hour so we need to log our time against the tickets and replys.
What we need if someone has already done this or doing it or even wishing to help do one, this is what would be ideal:
Time entry in Hours and Minutes on ticket replys, when the time has been put in with the message the amount of time spent on this part of the ticket is logged by the message on the ticket.
The total of that tickets time is displayed in hours and minutes at the top of the same view ticket page on the staff side, the mod above you have to work out parts of hours ie 0.75 hours = 45 mins and this get confusing and user errors can occour working out totals.
Even better would be to enter the time from and too and it work out the total time for that part of the ticket also.... So when entering a ticket update you click a drop down box for time started and time finished on this particular part, and then a total is worked out like above and the time from and too along with time taken is displayed on the ticket replay and again the total time spent on the ticket is displayed at the top
Taking this further, a report would be great that reported the amount of total time used by a client using a date entry selection range so if you wanted the total time for a selection of tickets closed for a particular client within a range eg 01/08/2012 - 30/08/2012 you would again use drop downs and selection to select client/date etc and it gave you the list of tickets and the total time so you could print them. And if needed provide this proof of the tickets with the titles and the times spend on each one.
You can then bill by the time spend that month for that client.... Then maybe a marker or checkbox to say they have been marked as billed and which invoice number they have been billed on.
