I have installed osticket in http//mydomain.com/EMAIL.
Now I have a page called "email.php" which is conflicting with the directory name.
CanIi re-name the osticket installation directory to "support" using FTP? Will that cause any issues or is it safer to rename my webpage.
Please let me know.
