Auto assign Tickets based on random

Hi, we have sales department configured in osticket, few sales managers, and we need that tickets will be automatically assigned between these few managers, based on some random fuction, because all tickets have one Help Topic and generated only from emails.As I think i cant do these with some internal osticket features, that please give me some hint what to do

my thoughts was to create filters, and assign tickets with mail starts from "a" to "n" to one manager, from "o" to "z" to next, but i dont think that number of tickets will be equal

I am not aware of anyway to perform this type of "load balancing" of tickets using the ui.
