Prevent Users Re-opining Tickets

Is there a way to prevent the Ticket being reopened by the reply of the client ?

Any help would be appreciatd.

Do you want to block the reply or just the opening of the ticket?

Once a staff member closes i dont want the client to be able to reopen the ticket, and not to post either they will have to open a new ticket.
