Hi folks,
I can't find a way to make the knowledgebase visible to staff members. The button just won't show up. The admin user can view and submit to the knowledgebase.
Is there anything I am missing?

mjbalquin03 This thread was started 11 years ago! ? If you're having a similar problem with a currently supported version, you'll need to make a new thread detailing your issue there. Admin -> Settings -> Knowledgebase controls who the KB is visible to.
