Can't Add ned Custom Canned Response with Variables

I just upgraded to version 1.9.3 (but have had this issue since upgrading from 1.7.x to 1.8.x). If I try to add a new canned response I get the following error page Error 406Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /scp/canned.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found

error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this so I can put a new canned response with variables in?Thanks,Daniel

Generally speaking a 406 error is not and would not be generated by osTicket...When a web browser makes a request for information from the server it sends a Accept header which tells the server in what formats the browser can accept data. If the server cannot send data in a format that the browser can use, the server sends a 406 (Not Acceptable) error.Honestly the only time that I have ever seen a 406 error (ever) was due to a mod_security rule on Apache... This sounds like either a really obscure issue with your web browser, or a configuration issue in your web server. You would want to check your Apache error logs and see whats going on for more specifics.

Hi, I'm being hosted by godaddy and had this issue since day 1 (using the latest version already)was this ever resolved by calling godaddy tech support? thanks
