Hi,I would like to know is there is a way to make the attachments field mandatory/required. We need the user to upload atleast one file when creating a ticket.I tried to hack the code but was unsuccessful. Thanks & RegardsRadakichenin
These is no way to do this utilizing the UI at this time.
