Hiya!Not all attachments seem to be making it to the osTicket interface. On the email side of things, it clearly shows an attachment, however; some attachments show up inside osticket as cid (random numbers/letters) at the bottom of the ticket reply.I've recently updated to 1.9.3. It seems that not ALL attachments are getting this problem. My accepted attachments are ".* (dotStar)EDIT: I am fetching mail from a mailbox located under exchange 2013. The effected messages APPEAR to be picture files, which just show up at the bottom of messages instead of attachments like they used to. Possible bug concerning outlook/exchange 2013?EDIT2: Figured out why this keeps happening. If the "attachment" is a picture, Outlook Web App users have the ability to embed a picture into an email instead of actually attaching the file like you normally would. However, the fetcher must still see this as a valid attachment and tries to carry it over to the ticket interface, but can't. Anyone know a resolution?
