Hi,I'm working with osTicket v1.9.2. I've enabled the alerts on internal notes, so that if a note is added the assigned member gets a notification. This works fine. However, it also sends notifications to their entire team when the ticket is closed. I want to fine-tune this.I want to set it so that a notification is only sent to the actual person assigned to the ticket, not their entire team. That way it ensures that they know if their manager for example has added something, but the whole team does not get the notification - which they currently do when the ticket is closed.Can anyone assist me with this please, either by pointing me in the right direction of a setting, or in changing the code? My PHP is extermely limited, but I have managed to customise various other parts of the application (e.g. adding custom fields to ticket queues, adding new queue, etc.)Thank you.
