first sorry for double posting, the same problem i posted already in the German-Mod-Part... but maybe somebody with no German-Skills are able to help me too :-)
i installed the news Version incl. the German Mod, make some Updates to Fix the Special-German-Letter Problem (like ö, ä, ü) in Subject and Text of a Ticket.
All this works now very nice on my System... BUT
if a Staff-Member attach a File to a Replay the User get a eMail wit this scrambled Stuff in it...
