So.Changed Settings->Tickets->Claim on Response->uncheckedWhen using a selected canned response for a ticket nothing happens. Select a canned response-> Item selected. Nothing Happens.Edited response to include a space and return on the first line. Item now selects like it is supposed to... I have no other observations. Most of the problems I have experienced can be traced to my inexperience. I have been happy with the performance during testing. My site will go live this Friday (I hope)... :)You can close this... Just some thoughts.
