Hi All. Ver 1.9.3When I search tickets in the search box I can find results by searching terms found in the ticket subject. When I enter a search term in the keyword field which I know is in a ticket subject with the advanced search it comes back empty.And when I search for a term in the ticket description is also comes back empty. In fact I cant get it to return anything.I see one single error in the system logs. No idea what it means; Invalid CSRF Token __CSRFToken__??
I'm using 1.9.3 too and I don't have this problems. The advanced search works without problems. Do you have compared the content in the database with the keyword you used? Maybe there is a difference that is the reason for the "empty search". I don't think the "invalid token" entry has something to do with this. if the keyword is in the ticket, then its in the database somewhere..I'll take a look though..not sure what the cross token request might have to do with this, but I'll read though it..
The problem is the 1.9.2a Equipment Plugin.The issue of user and ticket keyword searches not working only appears after the plugin is installed.The issue of the The mouse over ? (hints) also only appears after the plugin is installed.I've raised this with the plugin author on github for resolution.
