As we understand most people use outlook for correspondence and not everybody will be comfortable with clicking a link in a letter to read chat history in osticket to reply. Therefore it would be convenient if correspondence standardly would contain history of chat! I found a way how to receive last letter from a client (is used in template). %{ticket.thread.lastmessage}%{ticket.thread.original}But 1 letter is not enough, would be better to include all letters or at least 5 last letters of dialogue. I think it is important if client uses osticket not only as a support sistem , but also as a corporative mail sistem in a companies with 5 and more menagers, who constantly uses their mails for dialogue. I hope someone will give a hint what trick can i use to view this conversation in incoming letters.
