hello,if i check this optionLimited Access: Limit ticket access to ONLY assigned tickets.in Staff -> Staff Memeber -> choose a staff namethis staff member can't access anymore to the ticket assigned to other staff members. Works Great....BUT...I want that he can access to his ticket AND not assigned ticketif the ticket is new and is not assigned to anyone yet... he can't see the ticket..he receive this error:Access denied. Contact admin if you believe this is in errorhow can i resolve? where is located the code of this "check"?now should be ticket.staff_id==yourstaffid can accessi should add ..or ticket.staff_id==0 (0 means not assigned yet)let me know,thank u,N.
