Hi to all pls tell me how to more status on OsTicket 1.9.1 i want to add more status on OsTicket 1.9.1 . only 2 status are there open and close but i want to add some more status pls let me know .

Hi Andy Thanx its working fine with my Ticket System . Thanx a ton .Can you pls help me out in one more thing . my problem is to show this status on my user end also . pls help me out on this for admin it works fine but pls tell me how to show this status on user end .

Puneet,I am actually working on that at this time. That should not be hard to implement and will be in the next module release here soon.Andy
