IMAP fetching with multiple tickets from one user

Hi all

I have a problem with my osticket installation. I moved the whole installation to a new server and reconfigured everything. But now there is a problem that I just can't solve. Here is the problem:

I have multiple IMAP accounts at my installation. So if i send an email to adress1@bla.com it'll open a ticket and fetch the message fine. But if I send a message again it just does not fetch the second email and won't creat a ticket.

Is there an option for multiple open tickets per user?

Go to Admin panel -> Settings -> scroll down to "Maximum Open Tickets". Is that what your looking for?
