I have setup by IP provider the mail account as:
e-mail alertjma@suddenlink.net
Sever Infomation: Type: POP3
incoming mail server: pop.suddenlink.net
Outgoing mail server(SMTP): smtp.suddenlink.net
user name: alertjma@suddenlink.net
in osticket my settings are:
Email Settings
I checked the Enable POP/IMAP email fetch
Outgoing Emails: use PHP mail functions
Default System Email: support
Default Alert Email: support
System Admin Email Address: jmartin17@suddenlink.net
I can't get the e-mail to work for new tickets or any other e-mail function.
what did I do wrong?
