I downloaded the most recent osTicket package and found a reference to
LICENSE.TXT in "index.php".
Here's the reference: "

Unfortunately my download did not include LICENSE.TXT. Furhtermore there is no indication of which GNU license the osTicket system subscribes to.
So my question: I have no intention of "conveying" the source code to anyone. I just want to
(1) use osTicket to support my commercial SW. Can I do this?"
(2) brand it as part of my site. Can I do this?
The GNU license is not clear on whether or not these two objectives are allowed.
