I have osticket configured to pull in email using IMAP, which is working well. It is configured to send using SMTP with the correct server details.
External users are not receiving auto response or update notifications. Internal staff notifications are working correctly.
I have added additional ticket fields when logging a ticket.
I have added the assigned to and ticket age mod.
I have added the reporting mod.
I have added the "Claim ticket" mod.
Is there anything i need to update regarding outgoing autoresponse to reflect the additiona fields? I do not neccesarily want them on the autoresponse.
