EMAIL Configuration ISSUES ARRR

Hello

I am trying to configure an email address

and the below messages appear

IMAP connection broken (server response)

Invalid Login check IMAP details

I have the email address in question configured in outlook and i can connect prefect but why not on here?

Any ideas?

The error message makes it sound like the username or password is entered in incorrectly.

It's possible that your email server is expecting the password to be sent to it in a different format (ie Encrypted or not) and thus since the password isn't matching is being rejected. Do you have Encryption on or off under Admin panel -> Email -> the email you configured.
