Currently OSTicket considers only 24x7 service: no way to have a SLA that considers that a dept is open only in the morning, or 9 to 17. And no way to skip over weekends, Christmas, or other "mandatory" vacation days.The only workaround is manually set the due date, but that's both time-consuming and error-prone.Anyone else misses it? Or did I miss some feature?Tks.
