Way to totally misquote both my words and my intent.It doesn't change the fact that most hosts can disable individual rules and they can be disabled at the host level or more commonly you can disable the rule at the .htaccess level. If this is a mod_security thing, and it very well could be and probably is, you should be trying to get more information from your host, such as the actual rule that is being tripped (obviously not intentionally) so that the devs can try to work around it.Lastly I did some digging and apparently this is still an open issue and would direct you both to:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/600Perhaps information from both of you might assist in closing the issue.Generally speaking if a web host doesn't allow you to access to your own logs, and doesn't allow you any control over your site via things like the .htaccess file, maybe you should consider finding a new web host.
