Its set up so that the staff user when creating the ticket and be automatically marked as responsible for that so I can put in checked settings topic a particular user or department to be automatically remponsavel the ticket, the more I want and that each user is responsible for your ticket automatically when creating place. Anyone have any idea how to do this?
