none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">i am completely new in it and i never used it before. i examined it and i need some customizations done. i can learn how to do it, but the problem i don't have that much time to learn it. the ticketing system is for my company website and the website will go live quite soon and everything should be ready by then

none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">1) i want to remove all traces of guest login. i
don't want guests to use the site. u have to make an account to use the site.
thus :-

support.icenter.ae/ticket/ it should not say open new ticket and check
ticket status. instead i need it to say log in and create account and when
clicked it takes u to the correct page
none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">* remove Guest User | Sign In from the top of page
and it should be removed from all the pages
none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">* i want to remove the create account link from
the log in page. no need for it there. also remove "If this is your first
time contacting us or you've lost the ticket number, please open a new
ticket." from log in page
none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">2) when u sign in then u can click on submit
ticket or check ticket status. when u click on check ticket status i don't want
the page which asks u to email access link and sign in to show. i want the
ticket table to open directly
none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">3) in the ticket table please make the below
changes:-
none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">* remove the phone number column
none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">* i need the status to change to
"answered" when the ticket is answered by someone in the staff. i
tested it. i opened ticket then answered it and the status stayed as
"open". that is because the staff has to click close ticket button
for the status to change to "closed". i don't need the closed status
and the close ticket button so kindly remove them. when any staff replies a
ticket the ticket status should automatically change to "answered".
when the user who opened the ticket answers the ticket then the status should
automatically change to "customer reply" and when any staff replies a
ticket the ticket status should again automatically change to
"answered" and so on. thus the status change will be:-
none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">"open" (if user posts reply under
original reply then it stays open) --> "answered" -->
"customer reply" --> "answered" --> "customer
reply" ...
none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">4) in the submit ticket form i can only upload 1
file. i need to add a + to be able to upload more files. when file is uploaded
a tick next to file shows. i don't want the tick. instead i want an X to show
to the right of the file and when clicked the file is removed
none;mso-layout-grid-align;text-autospace">5) the help topics each have their own priority
level. plz remove the priority level from help topic. i want to add priority
level field to the submit ticket form and the user can select the needed
priority level
