In a school, I want to have two buttons, one for teachers, one for students "I'm a staff member" and "I'm a student" instead of the standard create new ticket. And further, when a student clicks on the student button, I want to have some specific criteria that they have to complete if they choose the problem subject (which I've already created) of "I have a problem with my notebook". I want them to have fields where they must enter the serial number, their year, their forms.Has anyone done this or are there any pointers on how to go about it?
