Hi, I have a problem with the access link sent to users via e-mail. When I click the link in the e-mail, I get sent to a blank page.The url shown in the browser is like this: my_domain_name/tickets.php?id=5XSystem Info:osTicket Version: v1.9.1 Server: Apache/2.2.25 PHP Version: 5.3.3MySQL Version: 5.6.19Thank you

I'm having the same problem, all e-mails are blank. Solved with the restore of the file class.nav.php from the original file.Now it works!Many Thanks.
