hi, i have installed the latest version on ossupport (1.9.2), i have correctly set up the email so ossupport fetch emails and create ticket from them BUT it does'nt sent a notification of the ticket to the client. is there any option to enable it? i have try from 'guest' user, i will try as registred user later.Also the notifications of new ticket arrive only to admin and not to the other account i have set up, assignement notifications are sent.Have i to assign a ticket to have it notified to the other accounts?
