Hi Guys, i have seen alot of posts regarding the merging of tickets and a possible mod but this seems to only apply to version 1.6Has there been any development with regards to adding this to version 1.9? This is definitely a requirement imo.we recently moved from OTRS to this product as its much friendlier to work with and this feature will definitely be handy to have added?If anyone has done this mod, please can you share on how to achieve this
Generally speaking if someone has done this it would already be in the mods and customization section of the forums for the version.
Hi Ntozier,is this not a feature that can maybe be build into the application. i have seen numerous requests for it, but nothing more than the odd mod, that stops working once a new version has been released?
Yes it is a feature that could be built into the application.It is not however a priority compared to seamless language support, themes/skins, plugins.
