hi guys, currently i'm working on set the SLA Plan for each clients which are registered in the application. But i still can't do it, is there anyone know how to create and enable SLA Plan for each client?Thanks a lot
Admin Panel -> Manage -> Ticket FiltersOrganization name, equal, Organization nameorUser/Email, equal, users emailoretc etc. etc.andSLA -> your SLA.
