At first we could attach files but a few days later we were having problems attaching files to new tickets. We do not know the problem since there are no error message. The only time we could attach files is when we are going to reply.

Same problem here on staff side.Attachments can be added when creating a new ticket from client side. Also when adding a new ticket from staff side with response.

I believe that has already been reported on github. While you wait for a fix, try adding the file twice and see what happens.

Yes, download it and upload it to include/plugins ;) Install and configure it thru Admin Panel -> Manage -> Plugins ... And don't forget to enable it ;)
Am I missing something...I still have the same problem still could not attach on new tickets but could attach on reply.already installed, enabled and change the settings.
