Is there Arabic Language available yet?

Is there Arabic language option available for osticket?I downloaded ar.phar file and placed in the i18n folder also extracted in ar-SA folder (like en-US folder) but no result still all in English.Please help/guide for that.

So, the solution is that upload ar.phar or any other language file that you want in folder i18n and then start new installation, in installation step, select the language option to Arabic or your desire language then system can do all configurations in your selected laguage.
