I saw there was an OLD mod that someone did for this.I want to take a url like this:http://helpdesk.mysite.com/open.php?name=JOHN&email=JOHN@DOE.COMand have it auto populate the NAME and EMAIL fields when creating a new ticket.Is there something like that currently?
